WKAR eNews: Wed 4/30/08
It has been an exciting week at WKAR, with the wrapping of the "Rolling" event, the presentation of awards, and the induction of Tim Skubick into the Michigan Journalism Hall of Fame. We have grand events planned, too, beginning with an Ira Glass event tomorrow night.

We also encourage you to mark your calendar for the East Lansing Art Festival on May 17 and 18 -- WKAR's digital team will be on hand to help provide information on the digital television transition.

Cellist Nathaniel Chaitkin and pianist Marie-France Lefebvre will perform Gaspar Cassado's Serenade for Cello & Piano on 90.5 WKAR on Friday, May 2 at about 3:30pm. The performance was recorded August 29, 2007 at the Music Auditorium.
